TERMS OF CAR RENTAL
Drivers Licence and Age Limits for Group E: Minimum 21 years of age and licensed for minimum 1 year for Group G and I: Minimum 28 years of age and licensed for minimum 2 year.

Rental Period
Minimum rental period is 1 (one) day.

One-Way Rental
If agreed at the rental contract, no one way fee will be charged for periods of rental for 7 (seven) days and more.

Delayed Return
Rental periods are calculated over daily basis. For every hours of delay, 1/5 of the dily rate will be added. For delays more than 5 hours, full day rental rate will be charged.

Payment
The total cost of rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car by cash or by major credit card.

Traffic Fines
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations during the rental period will be charged to the renter.

Insurance
By paying the Insurance Fee, customer may transfer the responsibilities against the damages resulting from accidents. Liabilities to third parties are limited with the amount determined in official Insurance policy.

For the Execution of Insurance
All reports must be prepared by authorized personnel before the cars are moved from the accident site.

Conditions which Insurance will be VOID
If the car is being operated by a person not mentioned in rental contract, if vehicle is being used to carry dangerous materials, if speed limits are violated, and if driver is under the influence of alcohol or any narcohotics.

FOR THE INSURANCE TO BE APPLICABLE

» All reports must be prepared by authorized personnel (Police or Military Police) before the cars aremoved from the accident site. Ask for alcohol report.
» Do not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any narcohotic substances.
» For your own safety and responsibilities, follow the speed limits. (In residential area 50 km p/hr,non- residential and intercity roads 90 km p/hr, on highways 110 km p/hr)
» Do not let anybody not mentioned in rental contract to operate the vehicle.
» Damages caused by misuse of vehicle are not under the coverage of insurance (e.g. driving overheatedcar, damages caused on the shock absorber because of hitting a curb on a high speed etc.)
» If there is a removable radio-tape on the vehicle, please take it with you when you park. Since theft is not covered by insurance, If you dont want to take the responsibility of a theft, please deposit the player to our personnel at time of delivery.
